Biennial Update

This is the update requirement set by the FMCSA to Update your MCS-150 every two years.  You are required to update your MCS-150 even if no changes have been made.

MCS-150 Deadline

The month you have to file your MCS-150 is determined by the last number of your USDOT number. You can figure out when to update your form based on the table below:

If the next to last digit of your USDOT number is odd, you need to file and update in every odd-numbered year.  If it is even, you need to file your update in every even-numbered year.
