The BOC-3 (Blanket of Coverage) is a list of Registered Agents that have agreed to receive any legal service of process on your companies behalf and ensure that you also receive those documents in a timely manner.

The FMCSA requires that every Motor Carrier authority must have a BOC-3 on file with your authority at ALL times. Without a BOC-3, your new authority will NOT be granted. 

NOTE:  Should you change or alter your legal business name or DBA name on file with your authority, the BOC-3 must be replaced within 30 days from the date of the name change to avoid revocation of your authority.
